The lyrics are fantastic ("you're moving on the back roads by the rivers of my memory" - that is really great stuff). This country pop sound just seizes me on a pre-rational level, but the beat is also just so enchanting. Something you happened upon here, intentionally or unintentionally, is that I LOVE songs with a quick, driving beat (e.g. Mick Fleetwood pounding that bass drum is what makes so many Fleetwood Mac songs work for me).
