• SamRobertsND 0 — My best friend's uncle was hitchhiking, and after this one guy picked him up, he popped in a tape where this started playing. His uncle jumped out of the moving car.

• Edward James 0 — Listening to this again, of course I was struck by how good the saxophone is. But I think the real stand out of the song is George Michael’s incredible voice. Also hard to not hear it as a meme.
• Brad Stalcup 0 — The most obvious pick for this category IMO. But I don't think it's actually the best saxophone part.
• judd.baker 0 — I was going to invoke the “submitting Sting for Joseph Harvey round” rule, but submitting the Wham! version instead of the George Michael solo version just barely saves it from that. The sax part is indeed genuinely excellent, but this fruit is too low hanging imo.
• Joseph Harvey -1 — I’m going to punish the obvious choice here. Every one of us thought about submitting this, so this just feels lazy. The sax equivalent of the stairway to heaven intro. Great, but ubiquitous and thus uninteresting. Honestly, aside from the iconic sax part, this song is utterly forgettable which would tank it anyways
• Claire -1 — It’s an iconic sax part. I don’t know how it manages to capture such intense, campy angst. I love it for that reason. But it’s a iconic sax part, not a *great* sax part.
